Connecting Via RDP

To establish an RDP connection, you have several client options available:

• Remmina
• KRDS
• Freerdp2-x11

Among these, freerdp2-x11 stands out as the only client that offers multi-monitor support.

sudo apt install freerdp2-x11

Accessing the Work Desktop

xfreerdp /multimon /u:dadesktop/v:zh4cn.npg.io:16666

Exiting the session

CTRL+ALT+Enter

or

Windows Start Menu > Log Off -> Disconnect

 

Redirecting audio and microphone

xfreerdp /multimon /u:dadesktop/v:zh4cn.npg.io:16666  /microphone:sys:alsa  /sound:sys:alsa
