Privacy Policy

DaDesktop is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our services. This policy sets out how we gather and handle your personal information, along with the steps we take to keep your details safe.

We only gather and use personal data where it is genuinely needed to deliver our services to you, or for valid purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Bear in mind that the way data is collected and stored varies significantly depending on which hosting option you go for.

NobleProg hosted public server

This service is hosted inside a NobleProg data centre within the EU, making it GDPR compliant. It is a shared server used by various NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.

If you opt for a server based outside the EU, the local laws of that region will apply. For customers in the UK, data stays within the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This is also hosted in a NobleProg data centre within the EU, but it is a dedicated server solely for your organisation. No other company will use the same hardware.

If you choose a server location outside the EU, local laws may apply.

On premise server

The server will be installed directly on your organisation's own premises. The software runs on this server, and all data remains entirely under your organisation's control.
